Just imagine, I woke up at 2:30AM on Thursday, also woke up my wife and we got ready to leave Mexicali (My hometown two hours drive to San Diego), then at 4:30AM my friend Samuel came to pick up us and there we go. We had to cross the border and after one hour at the border we were on our way to the Con.
We arrived to San Diego around 8:00 AM, parked our car one block from the convention center and grabbed some breakfast at Coffee 222 and then we went to pick our badges.
Once we entered the building we had to pass thru security for weapons check up (I forgot to mention that my friend Samuel was dressed as Snake Eyes armed to the teeth all toy weapons) so we had to wait for him for 5 minutes.
When we finally got our badges it was 10:00AM, and when we entered the first person we saw was Lou Ferrigno.
Then as all ninjas (and I have to quote Jonboy Meyers) my friend suddenly disappeared and we never found him (well we found him but just an hour before doors closed). So it was me, my wife and my friend Carlos to explore the entire Con. Like every one does we took some pictures (Ill be posting a few here).
We got to meet a few celebrities on the way, like Seth Green and Tom Jane, and also had a chance to see others like Randy "Natural" Couture, Kristin Kreuk and others but the lines were huge so I didnt get close to them.
Almost at the end of the day the cherry on the pie I was able to get a book, sketch and a picture from our fellow artist Cheeks Galloway; at the same time Mr. Jonboy Meyers was on his side doing a Miss Marvel or Black Cat detail head sketch for another fan and they were joking about my disappearing ninja friend, these guys are really nice and I wish I had more time to spend talking to them.
Then at 7:00 PM we had to leave the Con and we were off to Mexicali.
Im really happy but at the same time I was sad because I wanted the experience to last more (maybe next time I should buy the 4 day pass because there are a lot of things to view and a lot of people to meet in this event).
Well thats all for now.

Thanks a crap-load for the watch!
